A Typical House Wash

Text Box: A typical house wash from our company includes:
All vinyl surfaces
All trim—vinyl, wood or metal
Foundation
Entrance stairs—usually brick, though sometimes wood
Exterior gutter wash to remove black streaks caused by run-off from the home’s shingles.
All windows and trim are cleaned and, if using city water (or well water with low mineral content), left without a lot of streaks and spots. Screens can be left in and are cleaned, though there may be some residue (bug parts) left on the sill.
The rubber gasket around the garage door(s) is cleaned to remove the black mold that can grow on them.
Painted stair and porch railings. Special care is taken to avoid damage to the paint—just the dirt/mildew is removed.
Driveway (standard 2 cars wide, 2 cars deep) and walk from drive to house.
Shed (Those of normal size. Wood sheds may be extra.)
What a typical house wash from our company does not include:
Deck(s)
Patio(s)
Roof(s)
